About Me

MY STORY

Staying Human in a Screen-Based World

Before I became a software engineer, fitness was already a big part of my life. Training taught me discipline, structure, resilience, and respect for the body — lessons I still carry into everything I build.
But software work also comes with a risk: long hours sitting, constant mental stimulation, dopamine overdrive, slowly being shaped by a sedentary routine.
Train-Code-Sleep is my attempt to resist that. Sort of a framework for staying active, building useful things, and recovering properly — instead of slowly drifting into an unfit, overstimulated, sedentary routine.
Train — because a functioning body is non-optional.
Code — because creating is better than consuming.
Sleep — because recovery makes progress sustainable.

This website documents that pursuit: building a stronger body, sharper mind, and better digital tools for people trying to stay fit, focused, and human in a screen-based world.
